In 1997 Liz and I took an eleven day motorcycle adventure from Santa Fe, NM through Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and back again. It was on that journey that I proposed to Lizzy. Since that time our passion for motorcycle travel has intensified. Retirement has afforded us the opportunity to pursue that passion. Since January of of 2011 we have traveled over 175,000 miles on four awesome bikes. You are invited to join us via this photo-moto collection of many of our favorite destinations. We're delighted you've decided to come along - enjoy the ride!

April 2014 was our second LSBMWR trip to Sedona. The weather was superb - much better than in March last year. On the flip side tourist traffic is heavier this time of year. We had a great, fun-loving group. This was also the kick-off for our California swing. Enjoy
Every other year the Lone Star BMW Riders ride to the Big Bend. This year 33 bikes and 44 riders and pillions made the trek. We headquartered in Fort Davis for two nights at the Indian Lodge. The weather was great and a good time was had by all.
In April of 2014 we traveled to Boerne to visit some great friends Paul, Rosie, Tony and Marion. We enjoyed some great fun whisking through the Hill Country of Texas. Here are a few scenes from that outing.
